• Creation and posting of outgoing invoices and credit notes in the project and service area
  
• Independent execution of the bi-weekly dunning run and monitoring of open items
  
• Maintenance and updating of customer master data
  
• Close coordination with internal departments to clarify invoicing and payment issues
  
• Participation in the optimization of accounting and receivables management processes

• Completed commercial training or a corresponding course of study

• Carrying out bookkeeping (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
• Processing the entire invoice receipt process from recording to checking to posting
• Creating and posting outgoing invoices and credit notes
• Posting banks, cash registers and wages
• Independent execution of the weekly payment run as well as cash discount and dunning monitoring
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Responsibility for the ongoing recording of business transactions
• Maintenance and updating of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including account reconciliation and liquidity planning
• Close communication with customers, suppliers, tax consultants, auditors and authorities
• Monthly preparation of business evaluations

• Setting up and wiring electrical control systems (PLC)
• Wiring electric motors and frequency converters
• Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of all electrical components on elevator systems
• Analyzing and testing electrical systems, cables, functions and current paths
• Programming and carrying out functional tests on various control components
• Production of cable harnesses
• General cable assemblies

• Completed vocational training as an electrician, energy/plant electronics technician or electronics technician
